Girish Karnad (born: May 19, 1938), is a contemporary Indian playwright in the Kannada language, in addition to existence the screen actor & director.
Career
Enlightened at Lincoln and Magdalen colleges in Oxford, Karnad was Visiting Professor & Fulbright Scholar in Residence at a University of Chicago (1987-88). His plays were staged inside India & overseas to wide acclamation, & Karnad himself began working in the field of theater.
